Blini is a haute couture fashion house that sells its products to legal persons for personal use (referred to as "Customers").
We offer three types of products: ready-made products that are in stock and available in sizes S, M, or L; pre-made products that are made to the customer's specific measurements without altering the design; and customized products (referred to as Special Orders) that are customized to the customer's taste and measurements in coordination with a professional designer from Blini.
If the customer purchases a ready-made product, it will be the same as shown on our website or social media, although there may be slight differences in color due to lighting and monitor/screen settings.
If the product is handmade or contains handwork, it cannot be completely identical as it is done by hand, and embellishments can be recreated approximately 90-97%. Blini products take 3-45 days to be produced, depending on the design and fabric.
The customer will be given a delivery deadline by our sales team.
Payment for ready-to-ship or preorder items must be made in full, while a deposit of half the amount is required to start the process of placing a Special Order, with the remaining payment due when the Special Order is finished.
Payment can be made through VISA, VISA Electron, or Mastercard on our website, or through bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, or RIA for Special Orders. Shipping costs are covered by Blini and delivery takes 2-14 business days, depending on the location.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees and VAT. If the customer is not satisfied with their product, they may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original condition. If the product is defective or does not match the order, the customer should contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
The customer's statutory rights are not affected.
